? We're Hiring: Fraud Litigation Specialist (Solicitor or Experienced Fee Earner)
? Location: Liverpool or UK-wide (flexible/hybrid options)

Join an established legal practice seeking to expand its Fraud team with a dedicated Fraud Litigation Specialist. This role is perfect for a qualified solicitor or an experienced fee earner with a robust background in insurance or motor fraud. You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage a caseload of litigated fraud matters from instruction to resolution
  • Investigate suspected fraudulent activities strategically and analytically
  • Offer clear, commercially focused advice to clients in the motor, insurance, and FS sectors
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless case progression

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales, 1+ PQE) or an experienced litigation professional with a track record in fraud litigation
  • Strong knowledge of motor/insurance fraud tactics, relevant procedures, and case law
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset
