Responsibilities include testing AC/DC motors, using burnout techniques, detailing and rewinding motor windings, and ensuring proper impregnation and stoving methods. Required Skills:
- Formal training or qualifications in motor environments (Level 2 or 3 in mechanical/electrical disciplines considered)
- AC and DC winding experience (AC alone is also beneficial)
- Mechanical fitting or electrical knowledge, with optional training for specialization
- Confident in fitting tasks and winding
- Full UK Driving Licence advantageous
- Teamwork and individual work capabilities
