Job Overview
We're in search of a dynamic leader to manage our Maintenance department within Recovery Operations. This entails managing a £6m maintenance budget and a team of 13 to ensure our fleet of up to 280 HGVs remains roadworthy.
Responsibilities
- Building partnerships with national maintenance providers.
- Presenting data insights to stakeholders.
- Maintaining fleet vehicles in accordance with standards.
- Team management to ensure operational excellence.
What You Need
- Expertise in HGV operations.
- Workshop management experience preferred.
- Proven track record in large fleet maintenance.
- Strong business acumen and budget management.
