Overall Responsibility:
- Maintain and develop the Company’s Sales resources through active management of a Branch network.
- Assist in the production of sales budgets for Branches, aiming to achieve Company Sales and Profit Targets.
- Recommend, plan, and implement strategies to increase market share via Branch Managers and Field Sales Representatives.
- Develop and be accountable for sales to regional or centrally buying Companies, Organisations, and Authorities.
- Maintain an active interface with head office functions to ensure maximized sales and effective use of Managers' time.
- Ensure personal skills are sufficient to control the function and provide valid interpretations of current issues.
- Maintain and develop company admin functions to maximize profitability, ensuring Brand Daily Admin Reports are fully actioned.
- Conduct quarterly audits and implement solutions for any shortfalls.
