Job description
Responsible for preparing vehicles and applying protective coatings to prevent rust and corrosion, primarily using handheld spray guns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces for coating.
- Equipment Operation: Operate various equipment, primarily spray guns.
- Material Handling: Select and prepare coating materials, apply products as per safety and product procedures.
- Maintenance: Clean and prepare coating equipment systems and personal protective equipment.
- Work Environment: May be noisy, dusty, and have odors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid Canadian driver's license, and proficiency in English.
- Must possess attention to detail and the ability to stand for long periods doing repetitive tasks.
- First aid certified, WHMIS, and steel-toed boots are required.
