What You'll Do Day to Day
- Guide customers from initial welcome to negotiation and vehicle handover
- Actively prospect for new customers and maintain an enquiry database
- Enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions
- Recommend suitable add-on products aligning with customer needs
- Use enquiry management systems effectively for tracking and follow-up
- Deliver outstanding customer service fostering loyalty
Helpful Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service role with target achievement
- Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy
- Interest in helping customers and team success
- Strong organisational and deadline meeting skills
- Exceptional listening and communication abilities
- Full UK driving licence required
