Our client, a premier motor trade employer in the North West, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to enhance their team. As the initial customer contact in the Aftersales department, you'll manage vehicle check-ins/outs and liaise with clients to ensure an exceptional service experience, encouraging future work. You'll efficiently and courteously meet service and repair needs, engage in systematic follow-ups, upselling, and prospecting to bolster the service department's volume. Additionally, you'll promote additional products/services while collaborating with the Workshop Controller and Service Manager. Prestige dealership experience is preferred, along with opportunities for training, development, and career advancement.
