Our esteemed OEM client located in Gaydon is on the lookout for a dedicated Vehicle Safety Test Engineer to enhance their team. This is an Inside IR35 contract role, extending until March 31st, 2026, offering an opportunity to work on cutting-edge vehicle safety testing. As part of this role, the engineer will perform physical destructive tests on components, systems, and vehicles to achieve Passive Safety Targets. Moreover, this position involves close collaboration with clients to develop engineering projects and provide compliance evidence. An essential aspect is managing tests from planning to reporting. Although initially based on day shifts, flexibility to switch to early or late shifts may be required later.
