Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit warranty claims.
• Manage weekly statements and resolve overdue claims.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to guidelines.
• Handle invoices and warranty claims accurately.
• Maintain high standards of control over returned materials.
• Reconcile warranty credits and manage discrepancies.

Helpful Skills: Customer awareness, ability to work to deadlines, teamwork, communication skills, full driving license.
