- Prepare, submit, and manage warranty claims.
- Reconcile credits and ensure customer reimbursements.
- Maintain documentation standards and resolve discrepancies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong customer awareness and communication.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in teams.
- Must hold a full driving licence.
