Assistant Service Manager - Coulsdon, Surrey
Are you ready to advance your career in the Motor Trade? Join our client as an Assistant Service Manager and lead the front-of-house Aftersales operation for a busy main dealership. You'll manage and develop a team of Service Advisors, ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalations and complaints professionally, and drive key performance indicators like NPS scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Service Advisor team
- Manage customer care and escalations
- Drive customer satisfaction KPIs
- Report to senior management
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the service department
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Service Advisor or higher in a main dealership
- Strong leadership skills in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
This permanent, full-time role offers a competitive salary package with a £36,000 basic and £50,000 OTE. Work Monday to Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.
