About the Role
We are seeking a Motor Commissions Insight Executive to provide accurate data analysis and insights supporting VWFS UK's Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) queries and legal matters. This pivotal role ensures compliance by delivering clear, reliable, and timely information related to motor commission models. Responsibilities include managing FOS and legal queries, stakeholder engagement, and continuous reporting improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate commission-related complaints
- Collaborate with Claims Management Companies and legal partners
- Communicate with customers and CMCs
- Manage FOS tracking and case info
- Support adjudications and maintain case documentation
Essential Skills and Experience
- Automotive finance or financial services experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
