About The Role
We are seeking a Motor Commission Insight Executive in Milton Keynes to provide precise data analysis and insights, supporting VWFS UK's responses to Financial Ombudsman Service queries and legal matters. This role is key in ensuring compliance through delivering clear, reliable information about motor commission models. Responsibilities include managing FOS and legal queries, enhancing reporting processes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate and resolve commission-related complaints
- Collaborate with Claims Management Companies and legal partners
- Handle FOS documentation and responses
- Improve reporting processes and maintain accurate records
Essential Experience & Skills
- Automotive finance or related financial services experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, or Tableau is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
