About the Role
We are seeking a Motor Commission Insight Executive to provide accurate data, analysis, and insight supporting VWFS UK's responses to Financial Ombudsman Service queries and legal matters. This role ensures compliance by delivering clear, reliable information on motor commission models. You'll manage FOS and legal queries, build stakeholder relationships, and improve reporting processes. Work hybrid from Milton Keynes, with a fixed-term full-time contract until 31/12/2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve commission complaints
- Liaise with Claims Management Companies and legal partners
- Communicate with customers and validate claims
- Maintain FOS tracker and case documentation
- Support legal and adjudication processes
- Improve data quality and reports continuously
Requirements
- Experience in automotive finance or financial services
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, preferably Excel, and analytical tools like SQL or Tableau
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
