About the Role
We are seeking a Motor Commission Insight Executive to deliver precise data analysis and insights supporting VWFS UK's response to Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) queries and legal cases. This role is vital in upholding compliance through clear, reliable reporting of motor commission models. You will investigate complaints, collaborate with external legal partners, manage FOS case information, and foster improvements in reporting and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve commission-related customer complaints
- Liaise with Claims Management Companies and legal partners
- Manage FOS queries and case documentation
- Support legal and compliance teams
- Continuous improvement on reporting processes
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates have automotive finance or financial services experience, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools like SQL or Tableau. The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure is essential.
