Weightmans is seeking an exceptional Partner to join its Motor Claims practice. This is a multi-disciplined role offering the chance to shape strategy, influence decision-making, and deliver service to clients.

- Manage and service your own caseload and client portfolio, ensuring excellence in delivery.
- Play a pivotal role in the Motor Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction and innovation.

- Provide insight through articles and training.
- Mentor and inspire colleagues, helping to build the next generation of talent.
Requirements
- A proven track record in motor claims litigation work.
- Existing caseload.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior level.
- Commercial acumen and a client-focused mindset.
