Motor Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of SCT litigated claims.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop team members to build technical expertise.
- Oversee workflows to identify risks and improve client service quality.
- Collaborate closely with management to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified solicitor / CILEX with practice rights.
- Experience in Motor Recovery claims and litigation.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
