Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience in the Aftersales department. Your role involves checking vehicles in and out, managing customer requirements efficiently, and promoting additional products and services. Work alongside the Workshop Controller and Service Manager to maintain and grow the service department’s volume.
